Fuller’s Brewery
Fuller, Smith & Turner, or Fuller’s Brewery as they’re commonly known, have provided us with numerous opportunities over the years to showcase our shopfitting expertise in their pubs. Most notably The Gun and The Merchant, both situated in the heart London.
The Gun in London’s Docklands is a great example of how we brought an established London pub into the 21st century whilst not losing any of its traditional charm through careful preservation of its long-standing features. This six week fit out included structural alterations to the floors, walls and ceilings as well as electrical and HVAC installation. There was also a new kitchen installed as well as facade works. The project also included the removal of the existing timber structures in the garden and installing a single storey block constructed of timber panels to form a new kitchen prep area, cold room and outside bar.
The Merchant (formally The Tea Merchant) saw us renovate a well-known pub in the heart of Canary Wharf, London. The works involved in this ambitious 10 day turn around included a new shopfront and signage, the construction of a new lobby area, electrical alterations throughout the site, HVAC servicing, re-configuration of dining and lounge seating and the laying new of flooring. The site was delivered to the client as per the programme late September 2017 ready for their highly anticipated grand opening.
